SIMCOM 8200 driver will be add next, I think maybe next month.

Quectel EM16-G and EM20-G support :
Unfortunately EM20-G module is not available in the market, so we can not test it,

I think you just need to add EM160R or EM20G vid and pid at start up, it will work . EM12-G modem tested and supported well, so driver is same. Please proceed bellow after you receive your router

add this script at system/startup/Local Startup submit and reboot router :
echo "0x2c7c  0x0620" > /sys/bus/usb-serial/drivers/option1/new_id  

I haven't test with EM16R , but I think it's same methold. just different VID PID
